The House Groups are about making connections. Making connections between what we do in church on Sunday and the rest of the week. Connecting our faith and what we read about in the bible with our every day lives. Making connections with other members of the church and connecting us with the community we live in.

There are a number of groups that meet on different days and at different times to suit different people, but each one has the same format. The main focus of the session is to think about the Bible passages and teaching we heard in church the previous Sunday. We think about a few simple questions to help us understand more about what the teaching means for us and how we can apply it to our lives today.

There is a time of worship and time for prayer. But it is not all about serious stuff. There is time for fun too with regular opportunities to get to know each other better in a social environment and maybe invite some friends along too As the groups develop we will be thinking about how we can reach out into the community and put our faith into action together.

Whether you want to dive straight in or would prefer a gentle approach, our forward and outward looking focus embraces new ways to encourage spiritual growth and well being to fulfil God’s purpose and share His message with the wider community.
